OFF THE EDGE PRODUCTIONS, LLC

Singer, songwriter, entertainer, producer and founder of OFF THE EDGE PRODUCTIONS, LLC, Paul Marturano, is definitely keeping busy. He performs at a variety of venues, writes songs for major sports teams, performs live on national television programs, and creates television and live stage shows.

Born and raised in the suburbs of Philadelphia, PA, Marturano began playing piano at age 3, learned to play the guitar at age 10, and began performing at age 14. Marturano has had a wide range of experience and a long list of accomplishments. He has co-produced and recorded 5 EPs and has had some of his and his clients works played and reviewed by major newspapers, television and radio stations all over the United States. He has a passion for creation mixed in with the will and determination to do anything he sets out to do.

In 1996, New Age Man, Marturano’s playwriting debut, was performed to sell-out crowds for the duration of the production. Around the same time, his 11 song independent release, How Many Days, began receiving much attention and airplay. This provided Marturano with the chance to push his first EP by touring in a few states. By 1997, his song Broad Street, a song about the Philadelphia Flyers featured on the the EP ORIGINALS was all over the Philadelphia radio and television stations.

Marturano took a break from performing and went to work behind the scenes of the 1997 Miss America Pageant (ABC). After working on The Grammy Awards (CBS) in 1998, he was also able to get back in the studio to record a second CD, Something Real and released it, through Mp3.com.

In 2000, Marturano found himself back with ABC for the hit series Who Wants to be a Millionaire with Regis Philbin and received a Daytime Emmy Award.

By the end of 2001, Marturano left Millionaire and ended up in talks with VH1 about a series called Just Visiting in which he helped write and costarred. The series pilot was shot funded by VH1 but never made it to air.

After his quick stint with VH1, Marturano started OFF THE EDGE PRODUCTIONS in 2003. OFF THE EDGE PRODUCTIONS, a member of the National Association for Campus Activities, provided colleges, universities, television, radio, and several other venues with top-notch quality entertainment.

In May of 2006, Marturano teamed up with some old friends from ABC and OFF THE EDGE PRODUCTIONS became, OFF THE EDGE PRODUCTIONS, LLC.

OFF THE EDGE PRODUCTIONS, LLC has booked its clients on shows like Jimmy Kimmel Live!!!, The Extreme Gong Show (GSN), The Magic Johnson Show (Fox), Worlds Weirdest Performers (TLC), IZ.com (TLC), the premiere partyfor hit film,The Sixth Sense. the half-time show of a Philadelphia Wings Lacrosse Game and Colleges and Universities all over the country.

For the future, OFF THE EDGE PRODUCTIONS, LLC’s goal is provide a vehicle for entertainers into the college and television markets.
